Midwest Raclette Company is the brainchild of Tish and Mike B.

After sampling that irresistibly gooey goodness of raclette in Colmar, France, Tish made it her personal mission to bring Raclette to the Ozarks. What began as, “I think we can sell this!” evolved into a life-changing pursuit of education, and a culinary journey to share this 300-year-old Swiss tradition with our region.

Our three guiding values:

Honesty — We deliver the experience we promise. Whether you try our Raclette at a lively local event or savor it during an intimate night in, we want every moment to be truly memorable and as authentic as the alpine tradition that inspired us.

Community Investment — We aim to do more than give back; we want our community to grow with us. We intentionally source as much cheese, chocolate, wine, and accompaniments as possible from nearby farmers and vendors. We’re more than farm-to-table — we’re local growth, partnership, and long-term investment in the people who make our region special.

Never Stop Having Fun — Raclette is about community and sociability. Life is too short not to gather some of your best friends and family to laugh, share a bottle of fine wine, and sample some of the finest scrapes of cheese that the alpine region has to offer, creating warm memories one melt at a time.
